Early Registration Deadline:

The 2026 Area Selective Deposition Workshop (ASD 2026) will take place March 29-April 1, 2026, at the University at Albany in New York, but it will be in two different locations:

• March 29-31, 2026: ETEC Building
• April 1, 2026: NY Creates’ Albany NanoTech Complex

Workshop Registration Includes:

• Welcome Reception (Sunday)
• Breaks (Monday-Wednesday)
• Lunches (Monday-Wednesday)
• Conference Banquet Dinner (Monday)

NOTE: Student registrants will be required to show a valid student ID at the registration counter onsite.

Registration Hours: (subject to change)

• Sunday: 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
• Monday: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the ASD 2026 conference you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by March 8, 2026, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after March 8, 2026.
